Payment is confirmation of your order. By completing payment, you are confirming the details of your order are correct as per the invoice supplied and authorises us to proceed to manufacture/printing of your order.
All card payments are subject to authorisation by your card issuer. All bespoke orders and in house printed orders do require we do require a 100% payment the date the order is placed
All products ordered will remain the property of Ugly Duck Clothing until we have delivered the products to the address specified by you or they have been collected from us. If your payment is not received and you have already received the products you ordered from us, you must pay for them immediately, if you do not do this within 30 days of the invoice date, we reserve the right to charge you for any administration costs incurred to recover outstanding invoice amounts.
DELIVERY AND COLLECTION
Delivery (including delivery charges and timescales)
Delivery charges and timescales vary depending on the type of products and number of garments ordered, the service you select and the delivery address. General lead-times for in house printed products are 1-2 weeks. All Bespoke Clothing orders are a minimum a 4-week lead-time. Small orders will be sent via royal mail and all bulk orders sent via courier all tracking details can be provided for the courier delivers and updates can be sent to both email address and mobile telephones.
Please note that certain products and services may be subject to alternative delivery charges, restrictions and/or timescales.
All risk in the products you order (including risk of loss and/or damage to the products) shall pass to you when they are delivered to the delivery address specified in your order. This will include business address and if the parcels are signed for by another party present within that organisation.
We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products if the delay or failure is wholly or partly caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Collection from Store
You will need to bring a printout of your order confirmation/Invoice (and deposit receipt where applicable) when you collect your order. We’ll be in touch when your order is ready to be collected from us. Any balance at that time must be paid prior to or on the collection.
Due to customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions applicable to orders placed for international delivery, some of our products may not be available for delivery to certain destinations outside the UK. Ugly Duck Clothing reserves the right to define what can and cannot be delivered to which destination.
Payment – Purchases will be made in Pounds Sterling. International credit card providers or banks will determine the exchange rate and may add an additional processing or administration charge in relation to such payment which international credit card holders will be liable to pay.
All products are sold on a delivery duty unpaid basis. The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on delivery. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are required to check these details before placing an order for international delivery.
Where applicable, it will be your sole responsibility to comply with any export controls or sanctions rules applicable to goods supplied to you.
Where the supply of your product(s) or service(s) is delayed or prevented for reasons beyond our control (for example, material shortages, import delays or higher than anticipated demand) we will make every effort to keep you informed but shall be under no liability to you for such delay or failure.
We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control, then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.
If you are not at home when the product is delivered. If no one is available at your address to take delivery and the products cannot be posted through your letterbox, DPD will leave you a note informing you of how to rearrange delivery or collect the products from a local depot.
When you become responsible for the goods. The goods will be your responsibility from the time we deliver the product to the address you gave us or you or a carrier organised by you collect it from us.
Products lost or damaged in transit
If you choose to return any products to us, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them in transit and, for this reason, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. If returned products are lost or damaged in transit, we reserve the right to charge you (or not to refund any amounts attributable to) such loss or damage.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
Any changes to your order must be notified to us in writing and within a reasonable time. If you amend or change your order you may find there are changes to your delivery timetable and / or the price you pay for the item (you will be charged the current selling price on the day you amend your order). Any changes to a bespoke order must be made prior to the invoice being paid.
“Writing” includes emails. When we use the words “writing” or “written” in these terms, this includes emails.
Product packaging may vary. The packaging of the product may vary from that shown in images on our website.
Products may vary slightly from their pictures. The images of the products on our website and emails are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device’s display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. Your product may vary slightly from those images.
YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
If you wish to cancel (or are considering cancelling) a product you have ordered from us, please be aware that statutory rights of cancellation under the Regulations do not apply to all bespoke or custom design printed items.
When you do not have the right to change your mind. You do not have a right to change your mind in respect of:
(a) Personalised goods;
(b) Worn goods;
(c) Goods removed from their original packaging or whose tags or labels have been removed.

Exercising your right to cancel
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision to cancel in writing (email) prior to the payment of deposit.
You must take reasonable care of the goods while in your possession. Please note that the bespoke athletic clothing cannot be returned unless a fault has been found. If a fault is found on the clothing, then Ugly Duck Clothing must be notified within 7 days of receipt of the order.
As with any clothing and material, there are always limitations, the bespoke athletic tracksuits are designed as a uniform and if looked after these tracksuits will last above and beyond a length of time considered fit for purpose. However, although designed to withstand exercise and active lifestyles, with abnormal wear or contact with rough or abrasive surfaces, sharp objects or harsh conditions there may be signs of furring or pilling. General wear and tear and damage caused through this use will not be considered as faulty.
All sublimated clothing is printed using a base white fabric, this is to achieve high quality printing, vivid colours and a bright design. As with all sublimated products when the fabric is stretched, the underlying white of the fabric may be visible.
If returning any faulty or damaged goods, these should be returned clean, with their original packaging. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the unnecessary handling of the goods in excess of what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
We will look to repair or replace any faulty or damaged items within 21 days of receipt of the original items to the following Specified Returns Address:

OUR GOODWILL POLICY
Our “goodwill” refund or exchange policy (i.e. where there is no statutory right to a refund or exchange under the Regulations or otherwise) is offered when goods are returned with a valid parcel summary document in accordance with direct communication with us.
Our “goodwill” refund policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Regulations or other consumer legislation.
